    Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the wall outlet.

  • How to turn on the Energy Saving Mode？

    Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • What is the emergency charging mode on the Explorer 1000 v2?

    Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging method. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC) will blink at an increased pace. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery app.

  • How long is the Warranty of Explorer 1000 v2?

1000V2 For UPS Service

Procured in July 2025 as an UPS for a home network and alarm hub. Hub draws continuous 15 watts. In the event of an extended power outage, the 1000V2 should last at least three days without charging. Set the unit to battery savings mode with quiet charging. Works great cycling between 80%-85%. Wish the cycle range was app adjustable to a wider range. Vey Quiet. Does generate noticeable heat when quiet charging at about 250W. Tested UPS feature by unplugging the 1000V2 wall charger. The network and alarm gear never noticed the change. Not even a blink. Will set charging mode to 100% when tropical storm watch/warning occurs. Tested the solar panel. The new 200W solar panel charged the 1000V2 on a 95 degree Central Florida sunny day on a grassy yard at a max of 187 watts. Also have a 2000 Plus for emergency power with two additional 200w solar panels.

1000 v2 - amazing, lightweight, powers so much for so long.

What a great find! This little box is amazing for camping, it lasted us a week for basic needs and only used about 50% of the charge.
I also have used it for my live music (guitar looping) setup with an amp and a pretty complex pedal board. I played for four hours with the only power being the 1000v2, and it maybe used about 30% of the charge.
Very happy to have this - it makes so much more possible for me.
