My home power 3000 arrived quickly. I had hoped to charge it with the solar panels, but we have had a lot of rain and storms, so after a couple of days , I plugged it into a wall socket. We have had a couple of very brief power outages, so I have not put it to the test. I knew it weighs about 63 pounds which is more than I want to lift. I have ordered a rolling cart to keep it on so I can easily move it to where it is needed. An improvement would be to have the outlets and inputs in orange so they can be seen more easily. Black on black is hard on my old eyes. I need contrast so I am not fumbling around trying to feel where to insert a plug.
I set up one of the 200 watt solar panels on my deck and used it to charge my Jackery 500. I noticed a little mud on the bottom edge and wondered if it had been used before I purchased it. It did charge my 500 fairly quickly on a completely overcast day.
I was supposed to get a Jackery 100 as part of buying the Home Power 3000 during the Livestream event. It has not yet arrived, in spite of emails saying the problem has been resolved. I guess AI is not very good at reading.
Overall, I am happy with Jackery and take every opportunity to tell my friends about it.
