Impossible to initiate a return. I was asked for the same information 3x. They closed my case before giving me an answer and sent me a questionnaire about the customer service.

Jackery Battery Pack 1000 Plus

Great add on to my Explorer 1000. Charged quickly and light weight enough for this old lady to carry up and down stairs when necessary

Connected this expansion battery to the 1000 Plus unit to create a power source for my overlanding vehicle. Connected a solar panel and an alternator source for recharging. Added a 12 volt refrigerator as a load. After a week of continuous operation with minimal driving , the system remains with with greater than 90% charge with mostly solar input. This should provide about 2.5 kilowatts available for cooking, accessories , and recharging electronics. Simple plug and play setup makes this a viable solution for my needs.
