Item left off order and Customer Service was terrible to deal with

I had a item left off my order. They claimed I did not order the item and it was not on the order. After sending verification of the invoice, they finally acknowledged the items was not sent. I was told I would have a tracking number for its shipment within 24 to 48 hours. 48 hours later I called back with no tracking number and was told they were review the process of why it was left off and would send the order after the review. I requested to talk to a supervisor and was told none were available and would have to call me back. 24 hours later I call back again after no tracking number or call from the supervisor. This time the support was better and she got me in touch with a supervisor. He made some things happen and gave me a discount on the order and said I would have a tracking number the following day. The following day he followed up and I let him know I still did not have a tracking number. He got me one sent over shortly. I received the product 5 days later. I am extremely disappointed with Jackery and will be looking at their competitors the next time I purchase.
